WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days 
of being placed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business 
days. During periods of high demand (such as heatwave season), 
delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays 
may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high
